About Drive Culture
Drive Culture partners with small to medium New Zealand businesses to develop, deliver and drive successful people and culture solutions and remove your human resources stress.
We understand and believe that people are at the heart of every business. From day one, for any employee, businesses have the choice to begin the relationship in a way that demonstrates the value they place on their most crucial resource.
We also understand that business leaders are faced with a constant balancing act - balancing the demands of your business to enable it to grow and thrive; and the needs of your people to nurture and provide for them, so they are able to flourish and drive the business forward.
Protecting your business and nurturing your people is always at play for all business leaders, and maintaining the balance between the two can be a challenge for the best-led businesses.
Drive Culture is your unfair advantage to keep the people aspect of your business humming and thriving and in balance with the rest of your business.
About Sarah Godfrey, Director
With 15+ years of expertise in business operations and human resources, Sarah has worked with businesses providing all aspects of employee relations including employee recruitment, engagement, learning and development; setting up employee policies and procedures; additionally, she’s trained in organisational dynamics and facilitates organisational change and leadership development.
Sarah loves seeing people genuinely succeed. She finds people and how they tick fascinating. She has started and run her own business. And like many of us, she has experienced first-hand the difference between a genuinely supportive business and working in a businesses that fail to recognize the value of their human capital. Because of this, Sarah is truly passionate about working with business owners and leaders to start the right people, the right way, right from the beginning and throughout their employment.
She enjoys building strong, collaborative working relationships with clients, focusing on identifying and resolving issues, and improving employee engagement – all with the goal of adding value to organisations in a way that will ultimately help grow their bottom line.
When Sarah’s not working with businesses and their talented teams, she’s pursuing her personal passions which include – being Mum to her children Stella and Darby; crafting a side business that’s close to her foodie heart involving cooking and baking (currently top-secret shhhh…), and a love for most outdoor sports and fun, particularly activities that get the adrenalin flowing (if it involves speed or altitude or both, she’s probably doing it or planning to do it).
